Visuals: Over a black static, there is a jolly roger with the skull shaped like a cat, surrounded by curved lines to indicate a broadcast on either side which zooms towards the camera as the background flashes. When the logo reaches its full size, lightning strikes with a stock sound effect appearing. The text "Pirate Cat Television" appears, with each word animating from the center of the screen. Then, the text "Broadcast 13" appears in the same fashion, followed by "Taking Back" and then "Our Airwaves!". The pirate cat logo appears again, followed by another flash of lightning. The logo then shrinks, in a reversed version of the beginning of the logo. Mark Gunnion appears on a screen and says "Pirate Cat Television". We then see a shot of a 1990s CRT TV covered in spinning text saying "FREE TV", followed by flashing, and spinning lights at the center of the screen. Mark Gunnion then appears again, screaming, as the trumpeting continues, while the screen is covered with the text "13 SAN FRANCISC0" fading in and out with "SAN FRANCISC0" on the dark blue bar.

Variants: There is a variant that shows only the pirate cat logo and lightning flashes.

Technique: A combination of 2D CGI and live action.

Audio: A continuous electrical buzzing, stock lightning sound effects, a lion roar, Mark Gunnion's voice, elephant trumpeting noises, and the engine revving noise.

Audio Variants: The shortened version does not feature any sounds other than the stock lightning effect.
