Background
KTTW (channel 7) is a television station in Sioux Falls, South Dakota affiliated, owned, and operated by Tri-Cities Television. The station was previously affiliated with Fox since 1987 on channel 17 until 2020, when it was moved to a subchannel of KDLT-TV.
KTTW (1987-2020)
1st ID (1991-1998)
Visuals: Shiny white letters with the station's call sign "KTTW" fly and rotate in from the bottom to the upper left of the screen on videotaped footage of a waterfall. As the text is revealed, a primitive recreation of the then-current Fox logo in 3D flying becomes visible. Near the end, the text is duplicated and flies down underneath "KTTW", with the "W" in this copy rotating upside-down to reveal "KTTM."
Variants: Several variants exist with different footage, however only stills are available.
Technique: An animated live-action shot with basic computerized graphics.
Audio: Two voiceovers, male & female, say "You're watching KTTW, channel 17 Sioux Falls." and "KTTM, channel 12 Huron." repectively.
Audio Variants: There is an alternate version with the same voiceover playing over music.
2nd ID (1998-1999)
Visuals: Similar to Fox's "Just One Fox" branding, but with the station's logo instead of the Fox logo.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A voiceover reading "Fox 17: KTTW, Sioux Falls; channel 12, Huron." over a portion of the "Just One Fox" fanfare (post-drumroll)
3rd ID (1999-2003)
Visuals: The KTTW logo from 1998-2004 flies in from the right to the lower-left of the screen, with various clips of Fox shows airing at the time fading in on the upper right.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A voiceover reading "You're watching Fox 17: KTTW, Sioux Falls; channel 12, Huron." over a drum beat.
4th ID (2003-2004)
Visuals: A still of the 1998-2004 logo over an animated background from Fox's "Choose Fox" branding used around the time.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A voiceover saying "You're watching Fox 17: KTTW, Sioux Falls; channel 12, Huron." over music.
5th ID (2004-2007)
Visuals: The text "FOX" (in a condensed variant of Helvetica) stacked upon 2 plates individually reading "KTTW 17 SIOUX FALLS" and "KTTM 12 HURON" flying from the lower left side of the logo to the right, usually over an animated background.
Variants:
- 2004: On a blue background with an particle-emitting orb animated rotating clockwise (from bottom-to-top), As the ID animates, two orbs fly from left-to-right carve the text out of the plates.
- 2005: The logo animates from the upper left to the lower right over an animated background.

Audio:
- 2004: The same voiceover playing over music sounding similar to the final 4 notes of the 20th Century Fox fanfare.

6th ID (2007-2019)
Visuals: Starting from the upper-right corner of the logo, stacked text reading "17 FOX KTTW" (in a fashion similar to the 20th Century Fox logo, with plates splitting each row) is revealed with four searchlights animating from side-to-side. The camera pans from right to lower left as it reveals a primitive sunset background along with various trees and a bench in front of the logo. Throughout the ID, the station's call-sign ("KTTW 17 SIOUX FALLS - KTTM 12 HURON") is visible underneath the logo.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A voiceover saying "You're watching Fox 17: KTTW, Sioux Falls; KTTM 12, Huron." over music.
7th ID (2019-2020)

Visuals: The station's logo from 2009 onward can be seen on a starry sky surrounded with reflective tiles on the top and bottom of the screen. Above the logo, text reads "ENTERTAINMENT ALWAYS", with the station's call-sign on the bottom.

Visuals: The Fox 7 logo moves in slowly over a background consisting of a zoomed in portion of the logo (between the "x" and the "7") and an animated background moving from right-to-left. Text underneath the logo read "KTTW 7.1 Sioux Falls - KTTM 12.1 Huron"

KDLT-DT2 (November 10, 2020-present)
1st ID (November 10, 2020-present)
Visuals: Similar to KDLT's station ID, although featuring a live-action shot of Falls Park in South Dakota over an animated background. Above, a Fox logo fades in with text animating in from the right, displaying the affiliate name, station (and its translator's) call-signs and areas.
Variant: In 2021, the ID was updated to reflect that of KDLT and KSFY's IDs, featuring a different live-action shot (likely of downtown Sioux Falls)

Audio: A track from the KDLT/KSFY "Dakota News Now" music package.
