Visuals: A roll of film expands from the right side of the screen, circling around in the center while showing a picture of a skeleton on each frame. Revealed behind the film roll is a sketch of a small stage showing a realistic horror still of a frightened woman startled by a skeleton making contact with her shoulder in a red hue. A skeleton is also seen hanging next to the film on the left side. The film roll flies away to display the picture in its entirety while it zooms out. "BALLYHOO MOTION PICTURES" with the latter two words in gray and between two horizontal, curvy lines, fades in below the stage image.

Closing Variant: The same stage sketch from the opening logo is shown but with a CGI skeleton in the picture slowly walking towards the camera. The logo is in a different style than before with "BALLYHOO" bolded and the rest in a normal, thin font.

Technique: 2D animation. In the closing logo, CGI is used for the skeleton.

Audio: Film projector sounds followed by a vintage horror soundtrack and a woman screaming in terror. It ends with the reel running out of film.

Availability: Only seen on We Brought Back MST3K.
