Background

Azteca 7 (XHIMT), previously known as Canal 7, is a private television channel property of TV Azteca.

1st ID (1996-1998)

Note: This ID can be seen here.

Visuals: There is a 3D and purple version of the TV Azteca logo on a black background with blue/orange cubes. A light can be seen far away, and some orange archs are rotating in the screen. Then, a white smoke appears moving in a curve, forming a stylised "TV7". The words "TV AZTECA - TV7", formed as a ring, are rotating around the "TV7" letters.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A majestic theme.

2nd ID (1998-late 1990s)

Visuals: On an orange background there is the text "TV AZTECA" passing on a side of the screen. Then, the Azteca 7 logo from the time (a yellow "7" with a red and a blue shape forming a square) flies in and settles on the center of the screen. The logo shines at the end.

Variant: There's another version of the ID showing a complete version of the logo (which have the words "AZTECA - SIETE", also formed like a ring) moving to the screen. while some glitter appear from a side of the screen.

Technique: Unknown.

Audio: A majestic theme. Sometimes, in the complete version, there's an adapted version of the Azteca 13 theme from 1998, with a choir singing "Azteca Siete".
