1st Logo (December 22, 1989)

Visuals: The screen slowly zooms in through a red starfield. As we continue to zoom in, the background slowly crossfades to a set of astronomical objects which includes a blue galaxy and the Rosette nebula. It then crossfades to a bunch of multi-colored Om symbols, and another set of multi-colored om symbols appears as we continue to zoom in. After that, we then fade to a stock space background with a red starfield behind it. It goes on for 25 seconds until a yellow Om symbol wipes in, along with the company name in white wiping in below the symbol, with the word "INTERNATIONAL" being below "AKRUTI FILMS.

Technique: Cel animation and camera-controlled animation.

Audio: First, the sound of a horn, which then transitions to a xylophone arpeggio with bells dinging along with a droning tampura, then a man starts to sing 13 seconds in until the Om symbol appears. At the very end, there is even more vibrant ringing of the bells with another horn when the text wipes in.

Availability: Only known to appear on Ghar Ka Chiraag.

2nd Logo (Septermber 9, 1994)

Visuals: On a black background, there is a yellow two-lined circle with three side views of faces (increasing in thickness) with four lines drawn from all four sides (indicating the scope of a gun). When it stops, two red triangles which bend and circle around the symbol fade in, along with an outline of a banner. The text "AKRUTI FILMS" in the Broadway font types in the banner letter-by-letter, along with "INTERNATIONAL" in Helvetica below that. The Hindi translation (also in red wipes in below everything.

Technique: 2D computer effects.

Audio: None.

Availability: The only film to have this logo is Prem Yog.
