Should we develop a Logo Scoring System?

I Feel like the CLG Wiki needs a Logo Scoring System, not based on cringe-worthy subjects like how scary a logo is, but on how good a logo is, like a score out of 10, decided by the members of this wiki, to rate a logo on how good of a logo it is.
