You can just base if off the categories. For instance "Example Productions is an American film production company"

The Audio description reads "The Star Wars main theme, but slightly warbled (due to film damage)". This particular phrase is at fault because film damage is unintentional. If the film were a clean capture, the effect, which was not added in the first place, would apparently be gone.
