Logo (September 10, 1991-January 2, 1992)

Visuals: A shot of the silhouette of a church building's spire in the style of a crux is shown within a circular vignette. The camera zooms away from the church and moves down towards a little blonde girl in white snuggling a lamb. While she looks at the audience, the company name fades in, surrounding the vignette: "Україна" in a gothic font is arced over the footage while "кино-видео фирма" in a different gothic-like font is horizontally aligned and placed underneath the vignette. Shortly after appearing, the footage freezes.

Technique: A mix of live-action and cel animation.

Audio: It starts with church bells ringing before heading towards several soft harpsichord notes and a horn stinger.

Availability: Only seen on Carpathian Gold and the Russian print of Four Sheets of Plywood.
