Visuals: The ident now takes place in a different elevated photograph of the Poznań Town Hall with the station name sitting on the right side, with "TELEWIZJA" in a serif font and a slightly smaller "POZNAŃ" below.

2nd ID (1979-28 September 2009, April 2016-2020)
Visuals: Yet another photograph of the Poznań Town Hall but colorized and in a foggy setting is displayed but now with "TELEWIZJA POZNAŃ" in a thin font and in black positioned on the top-center.

Audio: A high-pitched, eight-note bell theme of Rota poem (written by Maria Konopnicka, music composed by Feliks Nowowiejski).
Availability: Was used on local blocks in TVP2 until 28 September 2009, and restored on TVP3 in April 2016.

4th ID (2020-)
Visuals: A remake of the 2nd ident where it now takes place on live footage of the Poznań Town Hall and with the same "TELEWIZJA POZNAŃ" but in white and 3D. A crow can be seen flying past the town hall.
Variant: A nighttime variant exists where the footage is now tinted black but with the outlines of the buildings and figures emitting a shade of blue.
Technique: Live-action.
Audio: Same as the 2nd ID.
Availability: Used during local blocks.
