TeleRarities, a YouTube channel that posts rare TV footage from around the world, has been able to find rare captures of TV idents from the 1970s in his community tab! Out of those, I think that the Nigerian Television ident from 1977 is the most rare find, because there has not been a single screenshot of TV footage older than this. I urge users to upload those rare finds and list them as missing in action. I was inspired by TheIridiumic138 to create a list of international TV footage yet to be found. I have since posted this on [[User:Tanawat2002/List of international TV footage yet to be found]], since YouTube wouldn't post the full list because the post was too long. Fortunately, this could encourage other AVID users to help find rare TV footage.

As for the pre-1970s Finland footage, it's quite hard to find since there aren't many good places that hold the idents etc. from that era. (Only really good place that's public is RTVA (Basically the Radio and TV archive of Finland). Not only that, TTVK (The Copyright Information and Anti-Piracy Centre) has struck down multiple Finnish TV uploads, making it harder to actually get some footage out there without risking your channel to get deleted. The footage being so rare to find has interested multiple Finnish television archivists to find this stuff, but of course it's really hard to find as the only active place to find these is a TV archive that's only accessible from a few locations (and not the whole internet). And even if any footage gets ripped out of it and uploaded, TTVK would be ready and strike the account that does it. Yay.

Meanwhile, i'm waiting for a full footage of Ukrainian News intros and more Ukrainian logos Pre-1990s, specially a Broadcast that directly mentions the Chernobyl disaster. As of Brazil, the "Holy Grails" are Rede Tupi logo footage Pre-1970s and Rede Globo's Prototype logo presentation in 1975 that presents the following year's logo design, as well as the sign-off logo from 1972 that uses the song "Day By Day" by Paul Mauriat, though both networks had suffered a major fire (Globo in 1976, Tupi in 1978) that destroyed their internal achive, Tupi getting the biggest losses such as their "inauguration day tape" from 1950, as well as a lot of new equipment they have shortly bought.

Even worse, two major Finnish TV archivers (Nostalgia-TV and FinnTapes) got terminated back in early 2021, and uploading Japanese TV footage has also been risky (one YouTuber, Yumi Ishiyama, got a copyright strike in February and his videos wouldn't be public until August 1) As for the Ukranian TV footage, a TV ident from 1988 (https://youtu.be/Xwlt2iKcgA0) was found by EifelDX, who has also managed to uncover rare TV footage such as a TV-DX from Niger. The list that I created does not mean that most of the TV footage is found during tyat era. The list I based off of (TheIridiumic138's list from January) seems to place greater emphasis on graphics over television programs. For instance, most pre-1981 programs produced in NHK (Japan has a substantial amount of footage from the mid-1960s) have been wiped, even those that aired after 1981 (such as the original Anpanman anime that aired in 1979 but was aired in 1982), but there are even post-1981 TV programs that are lost media, such as ''Ōkiku ki naru ko'' (aired until 1988) and ''Monster School'' (only Portuguese and Sinhalese dubs exist, but there original Japanese versions also existed on YouTube before taken down by NHK). And there are a lot of TV programs from the United States or United Kingdom that are on the Lost Media Wiki.

Uploading Japanese TV footage is extremely risky, and even TV idents are no exception. Back in February, Yumi Ishiyama, who is famous for his videos of station IDs, got struck with a copyright strike by Sun Television. Even worse, IT AFFECTED A COMPATILATION OF TV STATION IDENTS, and now he has privated his videos on YouTube. Fortunately, all of the episodes are available on Vimeo on two accounts: Shiine and Ribbot Shiine. Previously, he had to cut off multiple TV idents from his compilations (such as one TV Asahi ident) due to copyright reasons. I remember watching videos from this channel called "Witch 1" back in 2018-2019 which featured compilations of Japanese TV idents (called startups and closedowns as they are usually longer than most other TV idents). The channel was later terminated probably because of copyright strikes. Judging from the fact that the videos appear to be edited from Witch 1's videos, Yumi Ishiyama and Witch 1 are the same user. Witch 1/Yumi Ishiyama is not the only Japanese TV archiver whose videos have been affected by copyright takedowns. TV Asahi, which has copyright striked many videos of its TV programs, even copyright striked a TV ident history of TV Asahi from Identchannel. (Proof: https://www.youtube.com/post/UgwY97M-FqG6p2B3VLl4AaABCQ), though two reuploads have been posted albeit with extra text added at https://youtu.be/GP9O3FabwIQ and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUGhRumAL0M. No. Entertainment's parody of the UHB ident from the 1980s even received a copyright strike from the real UHB, because even though use of parody is a limitation to copyright law in many countries (including the United States), Japan does not even have parody as a limitation to copyright law (see https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Copyright_Act_of_Japan). Fortunately, TheIridiumic138 has received no known copyright strikes so far, but he had to cut out the Japanese news intro (namely NHK News at 7) from his 80s News Intro From Every Country video because No. told him that a lot of videos containing the intro were taken down, he only uploaded the Japanese IDs compilation on archive.org, and he even rejected my request of timelines of Japanese TV network regions by logo even if it contains only short clips. Suprisingly, the NHK news intro history video by Bek Design (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgQqdHmIUvU) is still available online, although it is unknown if this video will be taken down in the furuee.

Also, the Åland Islands has hardly any footage found.

Now that MRTV and Myawaddy TV's social media accounts have been terminated from Facebook and YouTube because those are owned by the military, MRTV and Myawaddy TV now have very little footage. What a shame.
