This is Ken Sanzel's vanity card.

Visuals: The company name is seen in black against a rusty metal background. Suddenly, a bullet bursts through the wall, as smoke comes out afterwards.
Technique: CGI effects by Ballast.
Audio: A loud metal hit, followed by a gunshot sound. Otherwise, none or the closing theme.
Availability: Seen on the final season of Numb3rs, the failed pilot of Nomads, NYC 22, and Ironside.
