Background:

Paramount Network (formerly The Nashville Network and The National Network and Spike TV) is a California.

The Nashville Network

1st Logo (1983-1987)


Visuals: On a black/blue gradient space background we see the text "TNN" with a rounded red square with a section in the shape of a guitar top cut out of it zooming out from the left while the missing section in white does the same from the opposite direction. Both stop in the middle and the logo proceeds to shine.

Technique: The zooming and the shining.

Audio: A country tune or an announcer saying You're watching TNN



2nd Logo (1995-1996)


Visuals: We see a short montage of various country singers before on a moving brown background, the logo from before flies from the bottom right and into the center of the screen.

Technique: Live-action footage and the logo flying.

Audio: An announcer saying "You're watching TNN: The Nashville Network, the number one source for country music, entertainment, and information" while an upbeat tune plays in the background.


3rd Logo (1997-1998)


Visuals: On a purple background we see a old TNN logo with a CBS byline

Technique: The animation.

Audio: An announcer saying The Nashville Network is a service of CBS Cable.
