Background: The second incarnation of Viacom was established on December 31st, 2005 after the original was split and divided into two: this which retains the original Viacom name, and another one which was the original Viacom which was reincorporated into "CBS Corporation", officially ceasing to exist. Nickname: "ViacoMatrix"

Logo: Just the name "VIACOM" in the 2006 font appearing letter-by-letter as letters change by quickly (like the Matrix, hence the name ViacoMatrix) in a more normal-looking font.

FX/SFX: The letters changing to form the Viacom name.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the program or none.

Availability: Seen on the 2nd (and final) season of The Shannara Chronicles.

Editor's Note: It looks pretty cool for a modern-day simplistic logo.
