Availability: DiscoVision's standard practice for dead sides was to use a random side from a rejected run of discs and coat it with a lacquer to make it unplayable, but this bumper does appear occasionally on DiscoVision and early non-DiscoVision releases made by Universal Pioneer, such as the 1981 Magnetic Video release of All That Jazz.
