Anticritic12 says that it warrants a deletion, because it is a Potato Capture. I disagree. Two things:

1) What does he mean by "Potato Capture"?

2) What's wrong with posting logos from 35mm or 16mm prints? In some cases, they're the only ways to find logos from some movies that have since been lost to the ravages of time in current prints.

EDIT: I see he also thinks the United Artists logo I found for "Mr. Majestyk" should be deleted. Once again, I disagree.

Sorry I thought they were potato captures because they were literal screenshots of the reels

Captures from 16/35mm film prints are (and should be, imo) allowed. This can be easily proven by the few featured photos that have these filmstrip images.

Potato captures are a different thing, as it is a photo where a camera is pointed to a television screen. Here's a video example of a potato capture:

Agreed. We've never had a problem with filmstrip captures in all the years we've uploaded them, so why change that?
