This is something that's really annoying throughout not just my time on this site, but also the wiki's history. Since creation of stub pages are not allowed due to them flooding the wiki and for quality control reasons, adding logos without giving any information besides years are basically the same thing and many people think it's alright to do that. To give a brief description of what they look like, it goes something like this:

1st Logo (1982-1985)

TBA.

2nd Logo (1985-1990)

TBA.

3rd Logo (1990-1993)

[insert video or image here]
TBA.

What I have shown above doesn't help anybody including editors who are trying to edit the page. I mean, what logo are we trying to find or describe in the first place? I've also seen plenty of users adding them back after their removal for some reason. For me personally, partially filled descriptions are fine since they at least offer some information regarding the logo but descriptions where the logo and availability sections are blank aren't enough to piece together what kind of logo is described here, especially if the FX/SFX section is just "None" or just a type of animation whereas the Music/Sounds is "None" or "The opening/closing theme".

So I would like to know why is this acceptable in this wiki and whether or not this may be a new rule or not. Thank you for your responses.

It should be against the rules, since it makes the page look unfinished.

Look at Prodigy012. Y'know , he was just banned a while ago. He's mostly known for this.

Oh, I am absolutely FOR getting these kinds of pages officially banned from the wiki. Not only do they completely fail to live up to the purpose of this wiki, but it also makes us look lazy, which needless to say is not a good look at all. Additionally, they basically ARE stub pages with only slightly more details put in than normal. They absolutely need to go.
