Let's say there is a man named Dave. Let's say Dave goes to a bank and takes out 5000$ to start a TV production company called Rainbow Productions. Now let's say Dave puts his logo at the end of his show. Now let's say the show airs on NBC. Now let's also say Dave uses AVID and made a page with his logo on it. Is Dave breaking the No Dream Logos rule or any rule like it?

Since it would end up being an officially-established company, I wouldn't say it would break any rule by himself if he were to make a page on his own logo and company, but if he were to make the page with the intentions of trying to advertise his show or company, then it might become an issue under the "No spamming" rule.

Understandable. Hey I got another question.

Let's say you are a Youtuber who makes some let's say plush videos. Now let's say you reference a popular logo like WB or DHX Media. Now lets say you also use AVID. Are you allowed to put it in Logos in Popular Culture, or at least have some requirements to do so?
