|text=I was watching the Mister Ed episode "The Horse And The Pussycat", when I unmistakably heard Mimsie's meow from the MTM logo - four years before the company was founded. This proves without a doubt it is a stock meow, something that was brought up when I wrote on the old wiki's forums about hearing the meow in the 1987 film Roxanne, but that was the only other place I heard it at the time.

Edit: I also found footage from an educational app(?) I read in a comment on an MTM video had the meow, it's called Starfall and at the end of their segment of the color grey where the kitten jumps across the screen you can hear the meow : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSIlhDAiqG0
