Forum:ImageTOC: Above or below the Background section?

my original idea at User:Hb1290/article redesign proposal was for the ImageTOC to go below the background paragraph to mark the start of the descriptions. Now I see people are adding the ImageTOC above the background header, at the very top of pages. So which should we do? Personally, I like it below the background section as I'd originally proposed. It looks nicer and everything flows better that way IMO. |

I think it only makes sense to keep it below the background because it gives people a chance to learn about the company first, and then they get to choose what logo they want to look at. Sounds logical to me. |
