When I was at my grandparents place yesterday afternoon, I watched the DVD opening to Disney/Pixar's Luca. I was shocked that Disney's Fast Play was included. I am supposed to get this movie for Christmas. Has the Disney's Fast Play retired yet, or is it up for more animated movies through the end of DVDs? |

If the page here is true, it's been discontinued as of August, with Soul and the aforementioned Luca being its last appearances. |

Honestly, if the stuff about it being discontinued is true, I'm glad it's been retired. Kinda misleading to title it "FastPlay" when you have to sit through a bunch of trailers, previews and other stuff before you can actually watch the film. :/ |

Very well, and I did get it for Christmas! I just bypassed FastPlay altogether! |

Though it officially retired in August 2021, it made a surprise appearance on the DVD release of Encanto on February 8, 2022. |
