What is this so-called "clip-on text" variant of the 1999-2011 international TCFHE logo?

In every variant of the logo that I have ever seen whether it's on a DVD, VHS, or YouTube, the text animates and is the exact same.

This is what the article says:

Sometimes, the below text is replaced with a clip-on that folds in. This version was used on 1999-2005 Australian TCF tapes, the first British TCF tapes with this logo, and 2000-2006 TCF tapes in Mexico, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, Germany, Brazil, France, Italy and South Korea. Except in the UK and Japan, the logo is already formed.
