Logo: On a black background, some lights zoom out to form the text "FORTIS PRODUCTIONS", which looks almost similar to the Artisan Home Entertainment logo.
Variant: On the episode "She Drives Me Crazy," the logo will stay on the screen for an extra second. This is followed by the extended Mohawk Productions logo.
FX/SFX: The lights forming the text.
Music/Sounds: A weird "shining" sound.
Availability: Only seen on George Lopez.
