Background
Children's Video Library was the kids' video division of Vestron Video.

Logo: On a black background, a 2D drawing of colored balloons swirls into place. When the picture stops swirling, the text "Children’s Video Library" forms into place and shifts to the right. The words are colored yellow, but one-by-one, the words then turn red.
Technique: The swirling in of the balloons and the words forming and changing color.
Music/Sounds: A cheery Irish-sounding tune (a rendition of the nursery rhyme "Girls and Boys Come Out to Play") played on a flute, percussion, bells (which start in sync with the words changing color) and a bass guitar.
Music/Sounds/Voiceover Variant:
- On some videos with a promo at the end, after the text forms a female announcer says "Children's Video Library: Quality children's family entertainment at an affordable price."
- On UK videos with a promo involved, after the text forms a male announcer says the following "Bring home all your favourite characters on Children's Video Library - part of the Vestron Video Network."
Availability: Can be seen on CVL releases of the 1980s, such as Little Women, Babar Goes to America, and several Challenge of the Gobots releases. It's intact (including its warning screen) on Hulu's print of The World of Strawberry Shortcake, and is also said to be intact on an EastWest Entertainment bootleg DVD of a film that was originally released on VHS by this company and retained on a Hulu print of Thanksgiving in the Land of Oz which was followed by the CBS Television Distribution logo. It also appears on the 1993 Family Home Entertainment VHS of Banjo the Woodpile Cat, with the FHE logo of the era preceding it.
