Visuals: Fading in, there is a moving atom over a space background. Then the background turns into a sunburst background as the atom turns into a circle that spins around for a second and stops as "CANAL" wipes in on the circle. The number 2 then draws in with "TV" connected to it.
Technique: Cel animation.
Audio: A cartoon-like theme with xylophone notes as the announcer speaks.
