Background

CBS EYE Productions (formerly "CBS EYEtoo Productions") is the documentary and reality-TV division of CBS (similar to Foxstar Productions and Peacock Productions). CBS was known for producing documentaries since the 1970s, but this logo wasn't used until its short-lived channel "Eye on People" (which later became "Discovery People") premiered.

1st Logo (1996-2012)

Logo: On a black/white gradient background, a gold CBS Eyemark with a black "CBS" in the pupil rises up from the bottom of the screen, a la the 1996 NBC Studios logo. It is accompanied by a line which curves around the logo, but later moves below the logo completely. Everything moves to the top of the screen, as "EYEtoo" ("EYE" is gold while "too" is grey, and all the text is in Didot font) slides out from the right of the logo. "PRODUCTIONS" appears below the line, letter by letter, and in white.

FX/SFX: The Eyemark rising.

Music/Sounds: An eerie, theremin-like jingle.

Availability: Appears on The Next Food Network Star episodes of the time on Food Network.

Editor's Note: None.

2nd Logo (2012- )
