1st Logo (2014-April 20, 2023)

Visuals: Technically, it's a redone version of the CBS Television Studios logo, with "BROADCASTING INC." replacing "TELEVISION STUDIOS".

Technique: Same as its Television Studios counterpart.

Audio: Same as its Television Studios counterpart or the closing theme of the show.

Availability:

• Seen on The Late Late Show with James Corden (until 2021), The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and Our Cartoon President.
• New seasons of the former two shows used the CBS Studios logo starting in 2021, though the latter went back to using this logo in 2022.
• This logo still remained in use until 2023, even after CBS rebranded in October 2020.

2nd Logo (January 23, 2023-)

Visuals: Same as the current CBS logo, but with "CBS BROADCASTING INC." below it.

Technique: Same as the current CBS logo by Gretel.

Audio: Same as the current CBS logo. Otherwise, the closing theme.

Availability:

• Seen on later episodes of The Late Late Show with James Corden until the show's conclusion on April 27, 2023.
• It was also seen on The Last Last Late Late Show Carpool Karaoke Special, which aired on the same day as the final episode of the talk show.
• Starting on May 1, 2023, this logo is currently seen on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
