Logo (May 30, 1989-May 12, 1998)

Visuals: The logo consists of a horizontal blue box with a white border containing "BRIAN LAPPING ASSOCIATES" in a stacked format. The logo may also be paired with a co-producer's name and a copyright notice.

Variants:

  • On an unknown programme, this logo shares the screen with the 1989 Granada Television logo. Also, both the text "FOR BBC TELEVISION" and copyright notice reading "© BBC (in its form of the 1988 logo) MCMXC" are seen below.
  • On Hypotheticals, this logo shares the screen with the 1989 Granada Television logo taking place on a blue background, with the text "in association with" appearing between the two logos. Also, both the text "FOR BBC TELEVISION" and copyright notice reading "© BBC (again in its form of the 1988 logo) MCMXCI" are seen below.
  • On The Fifty Years War: Israel and the Arabs, the logo shares the screen with the 1997 BBC logo.
