Unlicenced image sorting bot
This idea was suggested by @JrStudios.
Should we introduce a bot that sorts unlicenced images from licenced images to aid with adding licences to unlicenced images?

Support Good alternative to the prior idea. Given than an automated system can easily spot templates (see the one for the RFC page), there's nothing saying that this won't work too. I'm a fan.

- I don't know HOW you got that from the proposal. Literally in the title, it says it's a bot that will SORT images into two categories, not add new ones.
