AVID:Requests for Comment/Ultra rare to extinct category

Wanna find the rarest of the rare?
So, I'm thinking that we should make a category showing companies with impossible-to-find logos. It would cover companies with logos with these availability ratings:
- ultra rare
- near extinction
- extinct
- long extinct
- lost.
