AVID:Requests for Comment/Spoiler tag for individual images/videos in a gallery

From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

The spoiler tag hides a full gallery of images and videos, but not individual captures of offensive variations (e.g. the South Park variant of the 3rd Acclaim Studios Austin logo and the Williams Street Fried Alive variant). This is especially an issue when a capture containing gore or sex is visible in the ImageTOC template. Plus, it is not fair to hide a full gallery when all but one are harmless. So, here are some options I would like to propose to fix this problem:

  • Create a new template that hides specific captures
  • Split the offending captures into a new gallery and add a spoiler template covering said gallery.

Note: if you support this proposal, choose and state one of the above options. If you have another solution to this issue, feel free to describe it. Camenati (talk) 21:38, 28 December 2022 (UTC)
