Remove Moderation Queue in User Report and Talk Page

This appeared to be an issue to me. While it's possible in creating and editing pages, it becomes problematic when it comes to generating reports and setting up a Talk page. It's a real PROBLEM, as you can't create a report or even a Talk Page. Imagine facing a permanent ban, even though you submit an appeal. However, the moderation queue message appears, subjecting you to an indefinite wait until you lose all patience. Don't you think it's a good idea to eliminate the moderation queue for these twos? If you decline, okay.

Put the "Reply" option back

After the Wiki migration, the "Reply" option vanished, leading to the need for manual editing to respond. This can be inconvenient for those who, like me, prefer the "Reply" option than editing. Put the WikiForge image from below

During the migration, one would naturally expect the WikiForge image to be displayed alongside the MediaWiki and licensing images. However, this isn't the case, and the WikiForge image is absent. This could lead newcomers to believe there's a bug since that the Miraheze image is missing (although we are on WikiForge). To address this, why not consider including the WikiForge image as well?
