AVID:Requests for Comment/Redefine and rename the Reason section

So, it's only been a day since the Featured Image Nominations page was created, and already, people are misusing the Reason section, putting their image just because "it's iconic" for instance, also leading to some people thinking that it's all about how good it looks, therefore leaving a lot of submissions being incompetent. And for this, I'm having some serious doubt around the page regarding its submissions. (By the way, I don't mean to mock anyone through their submissions. Even then, I apologize. Thanks for understanding.)

Due to this, I have set up this RfC. I think we may need to further clarify and prioritize the section's use, and possibly change its name to fit in the topic. I have a few names at the moment: "Source:", "Origin:" and "Rarity:".
