Introduce news intros

Following a discussion on the discord server, I propose the addition of news intros in our database for several reasons:

• They are audiovisual identity;
• They are different from TV show intros (news broadcasting is considered separate from television series/shows);
• They are much closer to logos/bumpers/IDs than you think, and if a station/network rebrands, they will change their production logos, IDs, bumpers and news intros;
• We have newsreel intros on this site, but not TV news intros.
