AVID:Requests for Comment/Incorporate official names into the heading

From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

Quite simply, we need a way to incorporate official names, such as THX's "Broadway" into the article now that nicknames have been removed.

Unofficial nicknames, such as the V of Doom, I've been incorporating into the legacy section of the logo in question.

In the Nickname removal RfC, BaldisBasicsFan suggest this format:

X Logo (Official Name) (Period of Usage)

I personally think this is the way to go. What do y'all think? MinistrycraftEntertainment (talk) 09:55, 19 November 2022 (UTC)

  1. Support for official names only. Most station idents also have official campaign names as well. Logohub (talk) 10:16, 19 November 2022 (UTC)
exactly how I was envisioning it. Unofficial names that are iconic enough, as mentioned, should be in the legacy section MinistrycraftEntertainment (talk) 12:07, 19 November 2022 (UTC)
  1. Support How to get the nicknames section back in a good way. Of course some users did miss having nicknames whenever official or notable, so I think this might work out for those. BaldiBasicsFan (talk) 20:27, 19 November 2022 (UTC)
This proposal exclusively for official nicknames, not unofficial ones that are notable enough. Those should stay in the legacy section (name change coming soon) 23:19, 19 November 2022 (UTC)
  1. Support per Logohub. Agree with MinistrycraftEntertainment that any unofficial names that are very well-known (such as S from Hell) should go on Legacy. · Talk · Edits 22:24, 20 November 2022 (UTC)
  2. Support Per everyone else. Please. 01:46, 23 November 2022 (UTC)
