AVID:Requests for Comment/Fix the reply function on forum posts

At times, whenever some of us reply to the forums, one reply overwrites someone else's reply. I made a reply to a forum post reviewing vanity plates, and I overwrote the original post by the OP. I was hoping someone would look into this and fix this, because I can't be the only one that notices it. It also just happened on another forum, where I posted a comment and Charlie Fiddlesticks overwrote the comment with one of his responses.

- Support I nearly fell victim to it myself. Needs fixing, desparately.

Followup note: I've done some testing including on one of the threads where this previously occurred and have so far been unable to reproduce the overwriting issue described here.
