Add TV Rating Bumpers/Advisories

So yeah, after spotting film rating bumpers, I have suggested to add TV rating bumpers/advisories on this wiki. Or maybe merge them with Film rating bumpers. For example, see my sandbox here. PokeRapMonster (talk) 04:12, 4 April 2023 (UTC)

Edit: If passed, a format for article title will be used: "[TV Channel/Network] [Rating] Bumpers/Advisories/Classification Warning]"

Edit #2: After reading Camenati's comment, I have now suggested to merge TV rating bumpers/advisories/classification warnings with the film rating bumpers.

   Well, this RfC is about rating bumpers before TV programs. An example is given in my sandbox here. PokeRapMonster (talk) 04:55, 4 April 2023 (UTC)

   The page Camenati's showing technically does fall under that category (Lets chat!) 04:57, 4 April 2023 (UTC)

   What I meant about this RfC is not about what Camenati showed, as it is about rating bumpers shown on TV before films. What I meant about it is other channels/networks outside the United States, like ABS-CBN in the Philippines (example shown here). PokeRapMonster (talk) 05:03, 4 April 2023 (UTC)
